I have tried everything from hot water, from putting it in the freezer, using pliers to try to unscrew it, using rubber gloves but to no prevail. I cannot get it out. My vape clouds are not coming out big and it taste and smells burnt. I cannot do anything yet. Any help is appreciated!

guessing that maybe the atomizer cartridge was cross threaded when you put it in. You might have to use pliers on the cartridge and base and try to unscrew it that way. I had something similar happen but on my kanger toptank, had to unscrew it a bit with pliers and make double sure to rethread it correctly.
