Cap's new Powerful Sour

Hi All,

I wanted to see if anyone has tested CAP's new powerful sour. In my experience with other sour flavor enhancers, they tend to fade after a few weeks. Has anyone tested this new one? If so what are your thoughts? Is it worth adding to the arsenal?

Malic and citric acid... is what you need.

you can create your own sour, as light or heavy as you need with citric (for fruits) or use a combo of malic and citric for a tart and tangy.
I use 1 tablespoon per 30ml of each or as a combo. Let it all dissolve in either vg or pg or vg/pg.. you can put it in a bath of warm water to help speed it up. Use 1-3 drops per 30ml in your juices.. You will never go back to omg the latest sour..
