Caravela clone questions???

Hi peeps.

So I have a couple of questions???

I'm getting a 18650 caravela clone, I'm wondering how these mods determine different coils and fire them accordingly?
Like can you just stick any old atomizer on the end and fire away or what?

Also can the voltage be altered with the mod?

And is there any really important safety issues I should be aware of?

Just in case your wondering, I vape currently a regulated box mod.

The Caravela is a mechanical mod, it cannot read coils and does not have voltage regulation

Good thing you've asked
A caravela, like any other mechanical mod, does not offer any sort of protection, nor voltage regulation.
Thus you'll need to choose a battery with good characteristics (for instance, Sony VTC4 or VTC5a) and prepare a coil suitable to the battery specs (and your vaping style)
You'll need to learn about Ohm's law, so that your coil never taxes the battery too much , and in general be more vigilant than you'd need to with a regulated mod like the one you've got now.
Ask around before venturing into mechs blindly, they can be dangerous if abused

Yes there are several saftey issues, and until you can answer them you should probablly stay away from mech mods. It's not rocket science by any stretch but for your own and other people's saftey you should do your research.
