All commercial company in China will be closed from Feb 1 - Feb 15 for Chinese Lunar new year holiday. Factory's even longer. their holiday is almost from Jan 20 - Feb 25.
Angelcigs will still process orders during holiday by our California warehouse. But all customer service problem only can be handle after Feb 15.
Here we would like to give you some tips for our holiday
1. Our order process time will no longer 24 hours during holiday, it gonna be 72 hours.
2. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email, please check your email or log in account to check tracking number.
3. Customer service will be closed during holiday, if you dont get response, pls dont worry or angry, will handle it after Feb 15.
4. Pls do not place order if you are not ensure if you need it, no customer service during holiday, so nobody will help you process order cancellation.
5. If you need after sales assistant, pls take a video to show us your problem and take picture of the product SN code. We will process your case immediately after we get back.
