my joyetech ego aio vape stick has a burnt coil are there any substitutions i can use insted of a new coil. Like can i make a new heating coil or use something else and what can i use to replace the wicking fabric

No, I'm afraid with that one your only choice is a new coil or another setup.
In a pinch, I have taken some stock coils and soaked them in vodka or everclear to use them a bit longer, but it isn't the same, trust me. And it only stretches them for a couple days. When they're toast, they're toast.
