cleaning up my spring loaded 5-10 connection pin

My question is does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for cleaning up the spring loaded 5-10 connection pin on boxmods. I own a evic vtcmini, mvp3 30 watt and a ipv4s. And all the 5-10 connection pins need cleaned
