they are pretty much the same the hole of a 510 drip tip doesn't change but
8mm x 5mm 1.5mm CS
That's the thing: they're not the same. I have drip tips here that take 1.5mm wide O-rings, and others with thinner 1mm wide O-rings (usually wide bore drip tips for dripping).
My usual source is Co-Joint in Belgium: they have all sizes available to mankind, in nitrile, silicone and others.

Do a Google search with "clear o-rings" and you'll find plenty suppliers.

I have those. they work great for the o-ring in the bell cap but it's not thick enough for a drip tip. I tried two, but the drip tip kept falling out.

not sure but it looks like 4g is the size, but not 100% sure.
