Coil replacement

I hit my mod a good majority of the day and I'm using a goon rda. I vape everyday and replace my cotton more than coils. How often should I replace my coils? I just put new coils in after about 2 weeks. Should I replace them more like once a week or is 2 weeks okay?

I've been using the same coils for several months. I just change out the cotton and clean/dry fire the coils as needed. I do this maybe twice a week, I just do it once the performance or taste start lacking.
