Color of Juice and lungs

Hi,
is there any evidence or concern that dark juices or dye contained in e-juices could have health repercussions on lungs?

There is some data, dealing with additives that cause popcorn lung. We steer clear of that except in limited mixes. Many avoid it completely, and the flavors can be bought without them.

Food coloring and dyes should be avoided. Why add something simply for an anesthetic appearance. Especially when it adds nothing to the flavor.
