Cool fire 4 problem

Every time I place my tank on my Cool Fire 4 it says "check atomizer". Almost like it's not recognizing there is a tank connected. Has anyone had this issue before? I have not yet emailed Innokin.

Curious what tank/ ohm coil your using? Make sure the coil is tight in the tank and the tank is screwed all the way down making a connection.

I'm using a Kanger Megatank. I think I wore down the connector piece because I have another old tank that works fine. I somehow found some weird connector piece and attached it and it worked. Just have to wait until Christmas for my new Crius.

I am curious as to what the weird connector piece was... Your Mod and Atty both have 510 threading and should have been compatible.
