Yesterday was 65 here now 50ish and raining like hell, yours sounds like PNW weather and I will go out on a limb and say we will get a late snow.

Its been wild here too. Freezing cold one day, then really warm and insane storm the next. Guess its just that time of year.

70s and 80s on the coast, 80s and 90s inland...too hot for February at home, way too hot at work. Just hoping if any more of my tenants move they do it soon, before it's too hot to get paint to stick to the walls...
