Dead Smok Alien 220w

Hello!
I bought a brand new Smok Alien kit. After a couple of days of normal use, once i was about closing batteries door, something burnt inside and the device was completely dead. After some hesitation, i decided to open the box in order to see what happened. I found two diodes totally fried. Believing that the problem is coming from these ones, i replaced them with new diodes having the same reference, but still facing the same problem, diodes keep burning each time i close the batteries door.
Can someone tell me what is going wrong.

I think your problem is in the top corner of the circuit, there is a heatsink covering something like mosfets, I don't know yet because...

I'm facing a similar problem.
Mine has dead while charging batteries, and, one of them, has died too.

I'd opened it, but I'd not found any visual damage over the board. I'd just to buy another mod.

Today I want to give it a try, because I miss 'him'.

I will check that diodes that you talk about, just to see if I missed something while I'd opened it.

I will try to remove the heatsink to see below if my problem is there.
