hmm i see so what u mean is that to get the same drag from a dan than a good regulated mod ull need to go for a little higher or lower wattage cuz theyre not exactly accurate but apart from that theyre exactly the same???
Yes, exactly the same apart from that. With some of regulated mods in power mode if you look at the power output on a scope, you might see a bit of a wavy pattern instead of an almost perfectly flat horizontal line. But in pure terms of how the vape actually feels, the power output is still exactly the same, except of course if the mod truly is garbage in this regard, in which case we should be able to see truly severe fluctuations in the power output and typically we do not─despite some certain individuals' claims to the contrary. In addition, the speed at which a good, yet affordable, regulated mod fires is also pretty much instantaneous nowadays.
how bout battery life will it last significantly lower?? or when u get at like under 30 percent the dna will fire at same intensity where the good regulated mods intensitys will diminish or that depends on batteries and that not the case ?? thanks for giving me some light here guys xd
If the intensity diminishes noticeably before the DNA's intensity does, by much more than just a few percent, then I would chalk the mod off as a poorly performing device instead of calling it "a good regulated mod" anyway in the first place so, by mere definition in fact, this difference (if any) should be reasonably small enough─for me at least. But yes, it depends on batteries a lot, and it depends on number of batteries a lot as well. Depending on the batteries and how you use them, a 4-battery device can actually give you almost double the vaping time compared to a 3-battery device despite this may seem very counter-intuitive. If moving from a 3-battery device to a 4-battery one, the watts per battery are decreased by roughly 25 percent, thus allowing each of the batteries to keep performing that much more efficiently.
That said, the reason why I don't use a DNA is twofold. First off, DNA is more expensive, and, secondly, my RX300 with ArcticFox uses power curves that are much more user-friendly than
ANY mod that can't support ArcticFox so this is just a simple flat no-brainer to me, as I hate fiddling around with the settings just as much as you do, and I had to set it up only once─which took only a couple minutes of my time.
