I've had my iPower for a week and yesterday i saw it wouldn't rise above 62.5W i presumed it was cause it had low battery so i charged and tried again and nothing works.

working as intended. all mods have build in volt and amp limits. based on your resistance you are probably hitting one of those limits at 62.5 watts. What voltage does your device read at the 62.5 watts?
