Notice how the numbers used in situations are similar to this article here? Like (the whopping) 78% increase, instead of the actual 9%. Like, they can't say it rose 9% in 2018, they have to use 78% to convey 9%.

I was looking at numbers the other day about vaping leading youth to smoking. Using their own numbers, they don't add up in the argument that 31% turn to smoking.

Something about nic. If you need it, you need it every day. So anything besides 'Do you vape nic every day?' isn't necessary imo.

I think all these numbers / %-ages surrounding the issues are overly convoluted.

i know a mom with a teen girl and her freinds.

let me tell you, vaping and cigs are the LEAST of their problems. and the bad thing = they don't even know it. well, the mom does.
