GA doesn't have that either, though there are a few counties that lump vaping together with smoking for purposes of excluding it from within their hallowed premises.
And some individual stores also lump it together. But on the whole, GA is pretty laid back about vaping, since there are still so many smokers here. I've talked to our congressman about it, who happens to be on the House Ways and Means Committee, and his opinion is that IF any further regs are needed, they should ONLY be at the state/local level, not federal. An GA doesn't generally go along with the whole libtard "for your own good" kind of crap -- we're one of the few states fighting Obamacare, and did not augment Medicaid.
