I used to use them with no problems, but stopped a couple years ago. Be sure to order only items in stock; my problem was non-delivery of a pre-order with no refund. Didn't go back after that, but I still believe they are OK. Let the buyer beware.

Did you try looking for that item at Hotecig.com? That is the new website they created when they ran into issues with PayPal.
