Hi,

Just bought a fresh batch of hangsen tobacco flavours from bull city flavours.

I was wondering if anyone has tried force steeping in an ultrasonic cleaner, and if so, did you use a heated one?

Yes and yes.... there are probably a thousand such threads on this site.

Just remember you can't force age or maturity......you can only force the ingredients to mix.

From time to time I do use a heated UC to artificially age/steep E-Liquids.

But IMHO, Time does a better job of it.

You have to be careful how much heat is used as well, it can damage ingredients and nicotine. It is actually best to heat without nicotine and add that after it has steeped for awhile.

Most consumer grade UC will not heat up enough to damage but I have an industrial UC which I found out can heat up too much. It ruined a mix for me, tasted awful.

I agree with Uncle RJ, I find naturally steeped juice to be better than heated UC juice anyway.

Is it better than shake n vape?

It oxidizes the nic faster and turns the juice peppery....that being said...it's up to you.For some people it's no problem, other people have a more sensitive palette and can discern flavor better, and the would find it offensive.

Depends on the juice and the users pallet...

Most if the juice I make is good at time of mixing..... all of is better after I leave it sitting on a shelf for a while.

No speed steep method I have found is better than time on a shelf..... just faster. The naturally aged juice is still better.

Heck even unflavored juice is better with age.. Idk why it just is.

Some may disagree but I don't force steep juice, just like I don't put wine in the microwave to make it mature :D

It works. Keep it under 150F or it'll degrade the nic.
I start with hot water in my unheated UC.
It maintains at 135F.

Air your juice for 8 hours or so if it smells chemically.
I just speed steep for about an hour to thoroughly mix but I keep at least a month's worth in stock.

I've done it with no issues. I pour warm water in it put the bottles in an airtight ziploc bag with a rock in it to weight it down and let it run for like 5-10 mins
