the 213 isnt the most accurate device out there. Based off the what the screen tells me, it normally hits roughly 5W shy of what the screen says on a .15ohm build. As for exploding devices, the 213 has safety features built in such as short protection and it will shut down if the device is too hot. Besides, most of what you see about them exploding are from using RDAs on mech mods. The problem is normally either A: Build was too low/ accidental short and overdrew the battery B: Button may have been pressed without knowing it, causing the battery to heat up and eventually catch fire/explode or C: Leaving a high powered battery in your pocket with a bunch of change, causing the battery to short and eventually catch fire/explode. Although it is still possible, as long as you take care of your batteries & device it is highly unlikely
