Let's get a few things straight.
Bush was not "regal". Everyone thought he was an idiot. They made fun of him, and his made up words. You didn't see him have a childish hissy fit though, like Trump constantly has. Trump is a thin skinned pussy. He can't take the least bit of criticism. In his world, he is perfect and never wrong.
So far, Trump has not ended the wars, nor does he have intentions to. Trump has also not said a word about ending the prison complex, ending the drug trade, or the myriad of other things you mentioned. You are holding him up like some plastic Jesus. Trump is no Jesus. He is just another guy trying to profit from the Whitehouse.
The guy has surrounded himself with the swamp he swore to drain. Trump is a liar. Trump is a hypocrite. He can't control his ranting and raving. He can't speak to save his ass. Being president, requires you have some degree of public speaking skills, since you have to constantly speak IN PUBLIC.
Trump is literally off his rocker. And anyone who sees no wrong in him, has a few screws loose themselves. No president was ever perfect, all had flaws. So anyone trying to tell everyone else this one IS perfect, is just another liar.
