CA dmv is 90% online now, and they have self service kiosk inside, but again, there’s too many dumb people in this country especially those that can’t fully speak english, them motherfuckers requesting for a Spanish speaker dmv agent! Most dmv agents here are mean, bitchy, arrogant, sad, motherfuckers that’s why I do my best not to go in the DMV!
