As of today Aug 8, 2016 not much changes for the consumer except helping customers to a certain degree at vape shops, giveaways, bottling requirements, and age vitrifaction. You still can buy your liquids, mods, coils, wire, DIY stuff, etc. Some vendors might charge a little more now because of the extra work with bar coding on liquids, etc. But places that sell say PG, VG, Wire, Nicotine and Flavorings that are NOT ADVERTISED for vaping will remain unaffected to the regulations.

Down the road over the next two years restrictions will get tighter unless we fight this.

Besides the new regulations I look for the Penn. taxes to spread from state to state like a virus

Tbh it's more like getting fucked by the FDA day.
Don't think they are going to celebrate it next year, but in 2 years for sure.

The FDA looks out for us they let food companies put GMO's in our food, let big Pharma put out drugs with hellish side effects or can kill you, they ban products that help you quit smoking tobacco. Yeah they care sooo much about our health, yeah right, every one of these are because of big pay-offs

They ban little plastic beads in facial soaps because it's bad for the environment but fund new research into making cluster bombs smaller and more lethal. yep. Our government cares only for the money and power it can take by force from the populace and not much else.

Anyone who thinks any Government agency is looking out for you is a fool. The only thing they look out for is more money for them and the corporations, that can give it to them.
