Hi my vape doesn’t turn off. The screen is steadily on. Trying to turn it off doesnt work and when I press the firing button it either says stealth on or off. I need help. I attached a to show how it looks.

How to use Joyetech eVic-VT:
1. ON / OFF: power it on or off by five quick succession clicks on the ignition key.
2. Smoke: Hold down the fire button to inhale through cigarette holder and exhale by releasing the ignition key.
3. The screen hidden feature: when the device is on, simultaneously press the ignition key and turn the control knob to the left to stealth on or stealth off. In stealth mode, you can perform using when the screen shuts down and quickly view the current status of hidden features by pressing the ignition key.
4. The key lock function: when the device is on, simultaneously press the ignition key and turn the control knob to the right to open the function of key Lock or Key Unlock. In the key lock mode, the fucntion of turning the adjuster will be temporarily unavailable, to prevent accidentally altering temperature / power (VT / VW) setting.

Doesnt work since the screen is on and not responding whatever i press aside from the long press which shows either stealth is on/off
The screen just remains on . Usually it automatically shuts down. Do you know anyway to maybe restart or something
Then step 1 might be to answer the question....... try pushing down key for stealth OFF.
have you tried connecting to the FW update on the EVIC page. Reflash might fix.
I know there is a factory reset method..I have forgotten.. saw instruction on the ArcticFox forum, though. Those guys know Evics, might even have a way to reflash your device back to factory for you. Or a fix using their firmware

Turning off the stealth doesnt work. Ill try the update thank you.
