(HELP) Coil Photography Raw Format

Hello everyone, I hope I am writing in the right place lol. I want to improve the quality of my pictures and I after reading about on internet I discovered about photostacking and the better results with the Raw format so I just bought a smartphone the Huawei P10 Lite because is able to save the photos in DNG. The problem is that when I take a picture in Raw format the colours are like inversed/ negative .

The first picture is in JPEG (good colors)

I hope there is a solution because if not I just wasted 300 bucks

I do much appreciate the skill and talent behind photography. Let me offer a pointer toward a venue which might offer you better information. Think I recall learning to do something like this once many years ago, using a 35mm camera and two differing gray scale films to attain quality black and whites. Not exactly sure though, as I say it's been years and it was an interesting process involving a darkroom and erm chemicals. Hope I'm being helpful and not seeming a jerk to guide you to another forum, my intent is being helpful.
