Help identifying battery box

I have a silver box with a metal display plates. On the top there is a power button. That has the picture of an on off button. On the bottom there are two Square buttons with slants at the top and bottom. It looks like it says Pìl On the bottom left-hand corner There are also two Allen screws at the top and bottom of the box on the sides

One might reasonably ask where you're obtaining this equipment with which you're unfamiliar. I'm the poster who identified the Herakles tank for you.

ETA: That's an IPV4 he's trying to identify, BTW. "Obtaining" one without knowing WTH it is makes my spidey sense tingle, folks.
