Not sure what a Lite 40 is - got a pic or a link?

Try clicking the power button 5 times in rapid succession - that's how to turn it on and off, and caught me up when I first got started...

I've done that, still nothing :( it's a Jomotech Lite 40. I'm really upset that it isn't working I don't even know what's wrong with it. The blue light is on, i press the button, no sound and no vape

Without a link or pic I still don't know what you're working with. Blue light seems to indicate it's working - perhaps the topper (tank or whatnot that holds your liquid) isn't making contact with the firing pin on your battery. It could be it's not screwed down tight, or that you need to use a paper clip to pry the firing pin up just a hair so it makes contact (be careful with that, you could break the whole thing)...

I just tried a different battery and the filter worked, so must the battery be dead or something wrong with it?

Without any information on the device you're working with, it's really hard to speculate...but good luck, hope you can get it working.

It is a super cheap mod, get another one.
FFS the more you dick around with it the bigger the chance it is going to really foul something up.
Chances really are more like the super awesome high quality soldering came loose.

The filter works on a different battery.. does that mean the battery is the problem? What could it be?

Vaping devices don't have filters - if the thing you've got has one there's a good chance it's a cigarette and you need to light it on fire before it'll work. I'll ask one more time, can you show us what you're working with?

Thanks - looks like a cheap knockoff of an already cheap iStick mod...my best guess is that the firing pin and the 510 connector on your mod aren't making contact. If you can't pry the pin on your mod up or back the pin on your tank out, you may be paddle-shopping on shit creek with a strong tide...

IMG_1416.JPG IMG_1417.JPG untwist the small piece with your finger nail to make it longer so it could make contact with battery
