Help on Mod setting for coils

Hi I got these coils.

For free (well almost for free) when I purchased my first RDA (Dead Rabbit Sq single coil)
and am wondering,what am I supposed to use this as ? regular wattage mod ? temp control mod ?
Im using a smok alien and a drag.

Ni80 so wattage. When I've used the staple coils in your link on the DR SQ I've vaped it anywhere from 45 - 60w.
