Help!! Tugboat V2 RDA tank building

I recently bought a tugboat rda dn a 5pk of 26g kanthal wire and just built it,i put the wire thru the holes where the screws come up and screwed the screws tight to secure the wire. I fired it up to see it light up but the only thing that fired up was the ends of one side of a wire, nothing else. i put cotton thru and juiced it and still only the ends light up which leave little vapor production. I dont know if this is an error i made to where i put the wires? But let me know!!

Help this isn't about the topic, but I wanted to ask if any of you had the petri mod? And if so will a Sony vtc 4 flat head battery work with it? It does it have to have a nipple?
