HELP, What Mod is this??

Whats up everyone! A friend of mine made a stupid decision and bought this med mod for 130 buck without any research on it. Now a few days later it isn't working. If anyone could just tell me what brand this is that be great!

It would help if you uploaded actual pictures. The photos don't load, and it looks like they are PDFs and not pictures. I think something may have gone wrong when you saved the files ...
