Help with buying coils please!

Hi all,

I’ve just bought myself a Wismec RX Gen3 (300W) and just about to buy some spare coils. I’ve been vaping for two years now but I’ve never understood what coils to use if I want to use a higher wattage- more ohms or less?

If possible, my preference would be to use with a high wattage but also have the highest possible coil-life before burning. Would lower resistance coils or higher be better?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that tank...but coil life is like playing Russian Roulette, some are good, others not so much.

Any premade coils usually last longer if you vape at wattages much lower than the manufacturer's recommendations.
