I teach some people what I do so they will just go away. Friends are much more welcome than students. I love them all, some just bother me. Quality sells, Mistakes Don't. Everybody read that.

I'm right up the street from you and I've been mixing for five years.
Then I came here and began reading @HIC threads and posts.
Now I've been mixing CORRECTLY for about 6 months.

The mixing is just math. That comes quickly with experience and a juice calculator.
But the blending and the ratios... That is the art of it.
And verrry few people have that artist's palate, and fewer still whose tastes closely match yours.
This should be job one, find your 'flavorist mentor' first.

Oh right on where at up what city are you in, I been learning by tial an error for myself and the blending of flavors is a bitch lol I got some good tips on my concentrates I cheaper out an got flavorshacks kit which isn't bad their flavoring are really strong I plan on getting more flavors as time goes on from various vendors.
