High Voltage "Lights Out"

I got this juice called lights out by the maker high voltage. It is infused with melatonin. Anyone have any idea on how potent this melatonin is? Also, they make 4 or 5 other juices that are infused with caffeine, anyone know how potent the caffeine in those other juices are? Thanks, Hunter.

Typically 3mg of Melatonin are needed to assist in the regulation of sleep patterns.
My guess is that it does not include enough melatonin to aid in that.
There could be enough melatonin to maybe relax you but for melatonin to really be effective, it needs to be taken regularly. Hopefully that makes sense and answers the question about the melatonin.
