Save it bro, the fact of the matter is most Vapers are Democrats. No matter what kind of facts, reason, and logic you present to them they will hold on tightly to their ingrained broken political beliefs. It really is quite sad. Their favorite line is yeah but both parties are corrupt and responsible for this. When all else fails they'll tell you they are Independents. It's all part of the Democratic playbook that they have been using for years.

If it were just the Democrats, then why are the wonderful Republicans not correcting the situation? Maybe because they are both getting kick backs from big tobacco and big pharma.
Look at all the forums and boards. Anytime you bring up the fact that the Democrats are anti vaping you get major backlash and butt hurt or they just ignore the facts you're presenting. Make a post on Ecf blaming the Democrats and see what happens. You'll be banned inside of 2 minutes.

OK, now I get it. Got confused when you said most vapers are Democrats. You meant most Democrats are anti-vaping. Otherwise why would they be against what they do?
I see you edited your original response. Again, the facts just don't support your case. Go to Grimm Greens page. You will see clear as day that the Democrats are the ones behind this and getting paid by BT and Big Pharma. The Family Tobacco Act in 2009 had overwhelming Democratic support while the Dems were in control which is what all this nonsense is based on and can be traced back to. I am in no way saying that the Republicans are the end all be all for vapers but given the choice they are much more tolerant of us then the Nanny State Democrats. Again, people will desperately cling and hold on to their broken political beliefs even if it means sacrificing their own personal freedoms. I just wish more vapers would at the very least be intellectually honest with themselves.

There is no winning in this corporate owned driven society. I agree with your timeline and where the push came from. Lobbyist have both sides of the coin bought and paid for now to protect interest. I can't see any change except for the worse coming from either side for the next four years.

I wouldn't take that bet. I agree 100%. I think when it comes to vapers though the demographic depends more on age than smoker vs hobbyist.

That's not what I'm saying. A good % of vapers are under 30. I would say that a great % of that under 30 crowd is Democratic. You know the old saying, most people are Democrats until they start making money.

That's what I've observed.
I've long said I believe we are 2 different demographics.
Group A the older group is trying to save their lives... and the lives of their families & friends.
Group B started vaping because they they thought group A looked cool doing it.
Now group B outnumbers group A by 20:1 or better.
That arguable, observation-based math tells me vapers, when counted as a single group, tend to be more liberal.

Nope, I see a few "Clouds Bro" but the overwhelming majority of Vapers are former smokers. I live in a hipster a Mecca (Seattle) so I have no idea where you're from but you haven't even come close to quantifying the demographic.

Nope, not in my experince...the first generation of vapers were hardcore smokers trying to kick, they tended to be well established ina proffesion ot trade very knowledgable proffesionaly with families....they were intrested in creating a vape similar to smoking and rarely vaped below .6 and ususally much higher....the present generation tend to be much younger without a decades long smoking addiction and are more interested in blowing big clouds with chinomizer sub ohm tanks. anybody whose been on a vaping forum for the last 4 years can see the diffrence.... the older guys(experinced vapers) tend to be republicans the kids(hobbyists) tend to be democrats.

He's right. I live in NYC and I never even knew what vaping was until I started working as a bartender in a hipster neighborhood. All those people are feeling the Bern. I know because I hear their conversations at the bar. I spend the whole night biting my tongue. Lmao. Like I said in an earlier post. You want to test the theory go on any fb vaping group or ecf and start respectfully blaming the Dems for the new regs. Sit back and watch the backlash. Most pages including ecf will ban you. Not really, I've been a conservative my whole life in thee liberal Mecca, NYC. I've found that most liberals don't want to have a discussion unless you agree 100% with them. My Republican friends who are far and few in between in this city are always willing to have an open opposing discussion. Hey that's just my experience. Everyone has different opinions and experiences.

There is a difference, the Republicans are fed up with it. Just take a look at their presumptive nominee. Love him or hate him so far he is the only candidate that has said he intends to reign in all of the regulatory agencies. Under Obama's quasi dictatorship he has put into effect more than 20,000 new regulations. You have a better chance of that stopping with a Republican than a Democrat.

Obama just embraced and expanded the Bush Doctrine of the Police State. Just a different flavor. Trump is only in it to insure a Hillary Presidency. He grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, bankrupted numerous companies but since he's part of the system is still doing the same shit. He's feathering his nest and insuring Hillary who has been anointed to be President will be.

Wow! So not true. Trump grew up in an upper middle class family in Queens. His dad Fred had no where near the money Donald has. In fact Fred Trump was a good friend of a Real Estate agent that I happen to be very good friends with. I use to see Fred in his office all the time. He would pull up in a Chevy Lumina. Later on in life when Donald got very wealthy Fred went along for the ride but growing up with a silver spoon is not really accurate. Fred Trump made his money in Queens and Brooklyn building little 2 bedroom houses with a garage underneath taking up half the basement that are still reffered to today in nyc as Freddie Trump Bungalows. Yes his father was what some would consider wealthy but we're not talking Rockefeller, Carnegie, or Kennedy money here. No where near that.

I agree Bush was not a conservative but neither is Obama, Romney, Ryan, McCain, or Trump for that matter. Obama actually hates this country and is doing whatever he can to fuck it up as badly as possible. How else do you explain some of his recent actions? Bush was not my favorite President and to be honest in his last 4 years it was tough to defnd the decisions he made. Thats the difference between a Republican and Democrat. A Republican can admit what I just did and still be a Republican. The Deomocrats insist everyone walk in lock step. Reagan was the greatest POTUS in my lifetime but if you talk to kids today they will tell you he was nothing short of the anti christ. Its really a shame what they learn in college.
