how low can i build with stacked 18650 or 26650

So i'm thinking of buying a series mod and i'm wondering how low i can build with these.
Cause with ohms law u can't go under 0.25 but there a many people building low with stacked mods and they are not blowing up how low can i go with sony vtc5 or a 26650 series mod with good batteries?.

First I would need to know the mod. I run a parallel series hammer of God v2 down to .1 ohm with Samsung 25R2s with no issues and well within ohms law.

Be careful with 26650's unless they are those couple models like the sony. Most of them actually have a higher internal resistance compared to a quality pair of high amp 18650's. It would really depend on the battery used.
