Good to know. I had given up on the thought of an IB Tanked because of what I stated earlier. But it sounds like these may be the ticket for a large capacity on the go tank instead of rebuildables. And I am about ready to give up on KFL's so I need a replacement. No way I will go back to clearos.
Purely my opinion from my own experience below (don't shoot me):
You need to get an IBTank XL and get you 10 Smok XL dual laser punched 3.2 carto's for 1.30 each from IBTank...( vape these at about 3.5 volts for fruit or clear juices no matter what your PG/VG ratio is. Then order you a Taifun GT. wrapping a 1.2 to 1.3 ohm coil. Its not tricky like a Kayfun to keep from leaking and all that jazz. Very easy.
Both you can carry in your pocket with no leaking, If you had multiples of each you can pre fill and lay on their side in storage (as in a storage pouch) with no leaking and change out tanks on your mod when you want.
The taste is no comparison.. the Taifun will win out. It has a slightly better taste than a Kayfun. The Kayfun has a better taste than a Carto. The convenience is the same except the Taifun will hold more juice. You can refill both with close to the same speed (although I can refill a carto while im driving)
New cotton every 4 days or so on the Taifun if vaped around 3.5 to 3.6 volts on a 1.2 to 1.3 ohm coil. No meed to make a new coil for months.
New carto every 4 to 6 days (if your lucky) unless you get a bad one. I have had them go for a week and a half but that was rare for me. ( I am a constant vaper)
I have used hundreds of Ikenvape, Smok and Boge. I didnt care for boge. (but could have been during boge-gate)
I loved my Cartos for a long time and they are still a nice vape, but a Taifun GT is just too easy after the coil is wrapped.
