I just bought quadruple Twisted 32 gage Kanthal,,need help!!

I realize this is a dummy question, but how do look up desired resistance on Steam Engine to work with quadruple twisted 32ga kanthal? I like my coils between .6 to 1.2 ohms.

Looks like 5 wraps at 3mm will sit around 0.8 for a single coil

my apologies but how did that work out on steam engine?
Do u take a single coil 32ga and divide by 4?

Under "wire builder" select twisted. To the right of that select how many wires (4) and then the gauge (32). That'll give you the total resistance for one coil based on the number of wraps and diameter you enter. A dual coil (if they are identical) cuts it in half. It'll get you a ballpark number. Put in on an ohm reader to double check your build.
