In short, Mooch tested some of these, pulled the wrappers off only to find they were re-wrapped 10A 3300mAh Panasonic NCR18650GA and a 10A 3500mAh LG MJ1.
He also mentions "Each Imren's appearance is identical to its match and the Imrens' performances are about equal or worse than their match".
Which could suggest, (in my opinion) these Imren's are most likely B or C bin rejects from LG & Panasonic.
