.1 ohm minimum with kanthal, .12 ohm minimum with nickel and titanium.
Different juices with different pg/vg ratios are going to taste differently at varying wattages. It's best just to play around with different temps and wattage settings to determine what tastes good to you.

Actually you can build to 0.05 in TC mode. I often run 0.07 Ni builds.
