Is Fireluke-mesh way better than reg. fireluke ?

hey all ,

Just received freemax fireluke regular tank as the retailer was out of the mesh version -

I don't even know what mesh is but I see crazy awesome reviews about the mesh.

The regular one I received is absolutely Great though !

Anyone own both and can shed some light ?

I don't own both. I do own the mesh version and it's pretty great. I can help you with explaining standard coils vs mesh coils.

Standard coils use wire. Mesh is basicly a screen. The screen is the heating element instead of some sort of spiral wire inside the coil. Mesh covers more area and heats evenly. Heres a pic I took of the mesh coil, look on the inside-

Here is mesh in a RDA-

I used my first mesh coil for over 60 days before I needed to change it. It worked awesome until I accidentally dry burned it. I've never had a regular wire coil last that long.
