Is this normal?

I'm still real new to this whole vaping thing so I'm sorry for not knowing all the right terminologies for things.
Today I bought this --> http://www.joyetech.com/product/evic-vt/?age-verified=83f7bf0b7f

When they set it up for me in the store my atomizer was at 0.25. I noticed my juice was leaking so I took apart the tank because my coil was lopsided... I fixed it and after that my atomizer dropped to 0.23? Did I do something wrong? Is that normal?

As far as I know that's normal. When it was lopsided, the contacts for the coil weren't making proper contact with your device so the resistance was slightly higher. Once you set it right and everything was making full contact with the device so the resistance was at the level it's likely supposed to be at. When you look at the coil it should tell you what it's resistance level should be. Compare that to what the device reads.

This happens to me once in a while as well...
A well juiced coil versus a semi juiced coil seems to cause a slight variance in resistance too.
Age of the coil seems to factor in as well, and if I move the tank from mod to mod, I expect the resistance to vary slightly again :)
