Completely new but my friend decided to give me an unregulated mod which is the Fuhattan Carbon Fiber v2 with the Mutation x V2 but with no batteries and here's a pic of the atomizer.

So I ordered these batteries with this charger by the way

So I'm just asking if I would be able to put the batteries in and start vaping?

Completely new and right into an RDA? You will need to learn how to build coils, check their resistance so you don't damage the batteries and/or yourself. The Samsung 25R batteries are rated at 20 amps. They are decent batteries but you have to build your RDA within the safety limits of the battery. Why not just list out what you have instead of putting in links?

You should definitely pop into a shop and grab an ohm reader, or at least have the shop read it for you before you start using it. On a full charge the lowest safe resistance would be about a .25-anything below that would be considered risky. As long as it's above .25ohms you should be able to vape safely on those batteries. But you need to know the resistance before you hit that button
