Just to get you started, IMHO cereal is just dog food for humans to begin with.

If I had to guess and all things being equal; The health costs for a person who ate only fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner ( 2000 calories a day ) for 20 years would far exceed that of a 1 PPD smoker for the same time period.
There is no science behind my guess, just comparing what I see at work.
