Kanger Subtank mini atomizer on an iStick TC40W stoped firing

I'm fairly new to vaping so I hope you can help me.
I encountered this problem yesterday. The coil will no heat up at all. The mod recognizes the coil and shows the ohms but will not heat up the coil. It will fire sometimes. I noticed that when its fully charged it fires ok but when the battery is less than half full it fires maybe once from a 100 times.

Take the tank off, clean the contact areas on the tank and the mod. And while you have it off. Take the tank down, remove the coil, clean the contacts inside the base and the bottom of the coil.

The easiest way to insure the base is free of any juice, is to soak it in alcohol for a few minutes. Then let it dry. You can speed the drying process by blowing the alcohol out of the interior of the base. Then let it sit for a few minutes.

Can you clean the contacts with perfume that contains alcohol?

No. Use vodka or even water before perfume because all you will taste will be perfume.
