3.7V 2500 mAH
20A/35A

I think the 35 is a pulse

Where is my limit?

That appears to have a continuous output rating of 20 amps. So don't put that battery in a situation where draw is above, or even close to that. I personally would stay below 16 amps draw, but others with more knowledge might recommend even less than that.

So what types of builds within those parameters could I build that would still make me chuck decent clouds?

When running unregulated, I always check my build against the battery drain calculator on Steam Engine.org and check the "headroom" percentage on the amperage. If it's 30%(+/-) or greater I feel safe.
