I love my Limitless Sleeve mod and the rda is nice. Easy to build on and looks great. With the matching sleeve. It doesn't seem like you can get just the caps without deck anywhere. 
At least Flawless and company gives you the option to buy caps. I wish the limitless also meant their atty. I don't want to buy a $75-$100 atty every time I change my $25-35 sleeve.
Any thoughts?
