Since Vanilla Swirl is supposed to be Vanilla Custard V2, have you compared the two? ('Cause if anyone has, I reckon it's you.)
Far as I know TFA doesn't make a Vanilla Custard v2, if they do I haven't tried it.
But they used to have a plain Custard that was nasty.
But it was supposedly made to replace another flavor that had the baddies.
(Just can't remember which one atm).
But it doesn't really remind me of "custard" anyway.
This would be the Vanilla Bourbon (sometimes referred to as Bourbon Vanilla), a geographical reference and without the taste of liquor (not that there's anything wrong with that).
Was more of a reference to the FW brand being a decent Vanilla also.
I've liked all the Vanilla Bourbons tried so far.
Interesting as you generally seem to prefer V1 of flavoring versions and the 'Deluxe' is TFA-speak for V2 (the 'cleaned up' version).
Kind-of a surprise to me also as I thought it had more baddies than the regular French Vanilla.
At least if it is, it's one of the only V2's of anything I like.
I have seen this previously but now it's on my list.
Others commented about this one also, maybe
@Teresa P ?
As a note: The French Vanilla is clear in color, while the Holy Vanilla is golden colored.
And the French Vanilla was good even as a stand alone at 5%, which is rare for me with any Vanilla's.
Holy Vanilla wasn't that good stand alone but may be better in some mixes IDK.
Been grabbing the French Vanilla mostly and leaving the other one behind
.
So I've not experimented much with the Holy Vanilla yet.
