Looking for some recipes (Cereals and drinks)

Hi guys,

I'm looking for recipes

- A cheerios recipe.

- A cereal recipe, i can't remember the name but it is like Golden Grahams with apple.

- A Schweppes Indian tonic recipe !

Can somebody help me ?

Cheerios is a tough one.
