Big topic, but here's my list:
FYI I'm a DAAP free mixer. I'll give you the bullet points of what creams I enjoy the most and have also tried to devide them up into common flavor profiles, though there are some crossover. Ultimately you have to do some research. Here's a link to E-Liquid Recipes website. You can search for individual flavors. It will give you a bunch of recipes that contain that ingredient. Select the recipe and then select the individual flavor. Each individual flavor section, at the very bottom, have drop down sections of other peoples notes on that flavor, what other flavors are typically mixed with them and then all the recipies that contain that individual flavor.

Nuetral:
TFA DX Milk
FA Fresh Cream
TFA Whipped Cream

Vanilla:
CAP Vanilla Custard V2:
CAP Vanilla Ice Cream
TFA Cheesecake (Graham Cracker)
TFA French Vanilla Cream

Lemon:
FA Custard

Caramel/Bakery Spices:
TFA DX Bavarian Cream
FA Vienna Cream
FA Catalan Cream

Hope this helps

TFA/CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
TFA Vanilla Swirl
FA Vanilla Classic
(albeit more like a combination of Vanilla + Cream)

TFA Dairy Milk
FW Milk
FE Oak Milk (ECX only, haven't checked to see if they still carry it tho)
Hangsen Cream (strong, only need around 0.5%)
CAP Sweet Cream
TFA DX Sweet Cream
FA Freash Cream, Vienna Cream (not as sweet as most others)
CAP Bavarian Cream
TFA DX Bavarian Cream
CAP Whipped Cream, or Vanilla Whipped Cream
CAP Butter Cream
CAP Creamy Yogurt (it is another type of Dairy after all)
Irish Cream fits the name but not really a "creamy" type IMO.
Butter flavors can also give a creamy effect and some are available without the "D-word" now..
(I get a buttery, or creamy effect from adding 0.5-1% FA Coconut also)

CAP Vanilla Custard v1 (still my favorite)
TFA Vanilla Custard (not as strong and maybe a bit sweeter than CAP)
INW Custard (more vanilla-ish than Custard-ish IMO)
FA Custard (has some lemon taste, quite different than the regular Custards)
