I had a new Smok M80 that wouldn't charge. Evidently MadVapes is covering the warranty in the US. I sent the unit to them at 3PM yesterday. Granted, they're just one state away but I've already received an email from them saying that they're sending me a new one.
Granted, they are a competitor of mine (they just opened a store in my area) but fair is fair - their service on this is top-notch.
Edited to add: it's now less than a day later and the new unit has been shipped. I'll probably have it by tomorrow.
