Mountain Oak Vapors Tobacco flavors

I am just now making the jump into DIY after over a year and a half of vaping. After a couple of months of reading and educating myself, will be placing my first orders for supplies, I want to thank everyone for all the information and resources I have collected.

The two vape all day flavors I use are MOV:

Rangler the description reads: light touch of the traditional RY4 Flavors of Caramel and Vanilla and added a hint of Hazelnut

And also

White Leaf: Bright vanilla high notes meld seamlessly with our sweet and robust Smooth & Mild Tobacco base.

I haven't used Mountain Oak, but that Rangler description sounds like this to me:
TFA RY4 Double, 8% or so
TFA or FA Hazelnut, 0.5%

What volume is this recipe for? I assume the number of drops will vary if you're doing small/large batches.

that was for 10ml.. so please use a calculator to expand on the recipe.. :)

Thanks, will do. I'm fairly new to vaping and really new to DIY, so I'm looking forward to starting out making some flavors I know.

Also, about how long do you steep this before it's ready? I've read that some take longer (or shorter) than others.
